Sika Hyflex Insulation Sealant/Adhesive has excellent unprimed adhesion to a wide range of "hard to bond" surfaces such as polyethylene surfaces, polypropylene surfaces, common polyolefins, PVC, steel, metal, aluminum and  glass.
